About Me

My approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I created this space to support people who are seeking deeper alignment, nervous system restoration, personal growth, and a greater sense of meaning and connection in their lives.

My work in the wellness center is distinct from my role as a psychotherapist. While psychotherapy focuses on clinical mental health treatment, my wellness and coaching practice is centered on holistic personal development, embodied healing, spiritual exploration, and integrative wellness practices.

I draw inspiration from mindfulness traditions, somatic and nervous system healing approaches, trauma-informed wellness practices, contemplative spirituality, and mind-body integration. Influences that shape my work include the mindfulness teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn; somatic and nervous system concepts reflected in the work of Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, and TRE® founder Dr. David Berceli; and holistic wellness and energy-based perspectives inspired by Donna Eden’s work in energy medicine and Crystal Cook’s teachings on spiritual alignment, intuitive healing, and conscious personal growth.

My offering may include:

  • Life and spiritual coaching
  • Meditation and mindfulness practices
  • TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)
  • Nervous system regulation and grounding practices
  • Crystal and energy-centered wellness support
  • Reflective and intuitive self-development practices
  • Healing-centered group experiences and workshops

At the heart of my work is a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and culturally aware approach that honors each person’s unique path. I believe healing is not about “fixing” ourselves, but about creating safety, connection, awareness, and alignment so we can live more authentically and fully.

This wellness center was created to be a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore healing in ways that feel supportive, intentional, and empowering.
